The individual development planning at Input Business Partner is based on two fundamental steps:
In the first step, your direct superior will analyse and evaluate your performance and your development potential on the basis of standardized criteria.
In the second step, your performance will be reviewed in a confidential dialog between you and your direct superior/partner, and compared to the target agreement. This process enables us to achieve absolute transparency and a mutual understanding of your individual performance and potential.
During monthly feedback sessions, you regularly have the opportunity to get into in-depth dialogue with your direct superior.
