2. TELEPHONE INTERVIEW

If your application meets our requirements, you will then have the opportunity to introduce yourself in a personal interview. We will discuss questions about your aims and motivation in advance. In return, you have the chance to ask questions about the position and our company.

3. INTERVIEW DAY

If you have convinced us, we will invite you to our interview day. This will consist of 3 one-hour case studies. Here, we are looking for a pragmatic approach and logical argumentation for the problem solving.

The interviews are not only for the purpose of enabling you to demonstrate your professional skills. They also give you the opportunity to get to know our team. Normally three to four of your future colleagues will be available to answer your questions.

4. JOB OFFER

On the very same day, you will hear from us, whether we intend to invite you to a further interview or can make you a direct job offer.
